Our Commitment to your Legacy Project
Driven by our passion for building a brighter, more sustainable future, we are dedicated to working collaboratively with our project teams to bring “legacy projects” to life. Founded in 1987, Continental Cut Stone, Inc. has become the trusted choice for architects, builders, and contractors. With over 37 years of experience in award-winning projects, we remain committed to our core values of integrity, service, and quality. Our approach is to “seek to understand” and to empower both our employees and customers, helping them unlock their full potential. Recent expansions in our Family of Businesses include the opening of a new Lueders Limestone Quarry and the re-opening of the historic Cordova Cream Quarry—key components of our continued success.
Our Beliefs
Teamwork and Customer Focus
We prioritize a team-oriented approach and place the customer first to consistently deliver premium products on time and within budget.
Craftsmanship Meets Innovation
We blend traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology to create unique, custom pieces for both high-end residential projects and prominent commercial ventures.
Complete Control of Quality and Cost
As a family of businesses, we operate both our fabrication mill and sourced limestone quarries. This enables us to maintain strict control over quality and cost, transforming ideas into award-winning projects.
We are proud to have contributed to iconic projects such as the George W. Bush Presidential Library in Dallas, the UT Dell Medical Center in Austin, and the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles.
Every project, whether large or small, deserves meticulous attention to detail. No two projects are alike, and we are dedicated to honoring your vision and integrating a piece of history into your design, ensuring a smooth journey to completion.

“Expertise is Learned with hard Work, Humility and Grit.”
Our Founder and President, Rob Teel, graduated with an Engineering Management Degree from Vanderbilt University. At age 27 he moved from Dallas to Austin to open and manage a retail stone yard.
With his passion for people and desire to create a working atmosphere that focuses on getting the job done, he soon found himself invested in a business that is now recognized as a national custom stone fabricator and quarrier of “Cordova” Cream, Cordova Shell and Lueders limestone.
He puts the right people in place, empowers them to grow and prosper and continues to invest in technology and resources.
