Typical Balustrade

Normally consists of balusters with a cap, base and die blocks with a cap and base.

Most building codes allow for no more space between each baluster than a 4″ diameter ball can pass through.

Having the balustrade cap tie into the die block and not the die block cap can save production cost.

Each panel on a die block increases production cost.
